Fender Tags

Chrysler "Fender Tags", are located on the driver's side inner fender in the engine bay, can be a valuable source of information. The information below is a decode of the fender tags for my AAR `CUDA, pictured above.  As a general rule, fender tags are read from bottom-to-top and left-to-right.  All AAR and T/A fender tags will code A53 for the "TRANS AM" package, and the second tag will show TRANS AM. The following are the codes from the fender tags as well as the decoded information for each:
